How to copy and paste the connection log - PC and Mac

PC

Double click the small My-Expat icon in your system tray (usually the bottom right of your screen) to reveal the log, then select all log text (CTRL-a), copy (Ctrl-c) and paste (Ctrl-v) the complete log details into an email to us.

Mac

Please click on the small icon on the top right of your screen and then click on "details" from the drop down menu, then copy and paste the login details into a Text editor like Microsoft Word or TextEdit.

You can attach the text file in your reply to this support ticket.

We can then check the connection.
