Can you re send my password and username?

Hi, 

 

If you've subscribed to VPN service via our website (www.streamvpn.com)

Please log in https://billing.streamvpn.com/account/login with your email and password. 
In the SUBSCRIPTION section you will find your VPN username. 

If you did not change it VPN-password is the same as Account password.

If you don't remember your VPN password you can choose "Change VPN password" option.

 

For subscription created via PayPal (before Aug 2015)

You will need to cancel your PayPal subscription and re-subscribe via our website:

 

TO CANCEL:

To cancel, please go to the last payment made to us in your Paypal history and click ‘view the related s-xxxxxxxxxx’.

 

Or click on the link "See details in classic site" and then on ‘view the related s-xxxxxxxxxx’.

 

Or click on the link "Manage My Expat Network Ltd. payments" and then on ‘view the related s-xxxxxxxxxx’.

You can cancel from here.

 

Let us know when you cancel the subscription so we can refund your last month payment.

 

 

TO RE_SUBSCRIBE:

Please visit https://billing.streamvpn.com/account/signup

 

Select payment plan

 

Then enter your payment details. (Credit/debit card or Paypal)

and click on CHECKOUT

 

You will find your VPN-username on the install page.

Initial VPN-password is the same as the account password.

You can change it by choosing Change VPN password option in Subscription overview.
