How to obtain username and password (subscription created after 29/Jun/2016)

To obtain your Username (for our VPN application), please log in to our website https://billing.streamvpn.com/account/login

 with your email and password and select SUBSCRIPTIONS. 

On the right hand side you should see VPN username 

If you did not change it, your initial VPN password is the same as the account password

If you don't remember your VPN password, please choose "Change VPN password" option.
