The line AUTH_FAILED it could be due to a problem with your Paypal account card expiring for example, which has resulted in the subscription being cancelled.
Please resolve this with Paypal and then uninstall our software, restart your machine and then re-subscribe/download/install new software
You have may have a previous installation of My Expat software that was cancelled but not been uninstalled or payment hasn't been received and your subscription has been cancelled.
If you have a previous subscription that was cancelled but the software was not uninstalled, when you install new software the old install will interfere with it. In this case please uninstall ALL VPN software and reinstall only the new software.
