I have set up the device but cannot connect

Basically there are only two things can go wrong a) the set up is incorrect which results in “authentication failure” message or b) the connection is sticky or blocked due to a firewall, router, ISP or the location you are trying to connect from.

Please recheck the package you are signed up to includes mobile access and that you have input the user ID, Password and secret (poikilo) correctly.

If you cannot connect, Keep trying it maybe just sticky! then turn your router off and on, try a different location, check with your ISP that VPN is allowed.
