I have an existing Mac subscription and have tried to input the user name and password into my mobile device but it says “Authentication Failed” when I try to connect. Can I use it on my mobile device?

No. Desktop and laptop computers use a different VPN protocol to mobile devices. You will need to subscribe to our mobile device service.
