MyExpatNet shows that it is connected but I can't access the specific web pages

If you can't access certaing UK/US/CAN/AUS... page and your icon in the system tray is green, but when you open connection log, the last line says "connected with errors..." you can try this solution:

Right-click on the connection icon in the system tray (near the clock) 

Select “Open Network and Sharing Center” 
Network and Sharing center will show up. You don't have to do anything, just leave that window opened.

Now connect to MyExpatNet icon in the system tray (next to clock); if it’s not there, double-click on MyExpatNet icon on your desktop.

    I tried the above but still no connections. I am very disappointed as I thought you offered a 24/7 service and I sent a message to you yesterday pm and still no reply.

    So many messages from you yesterday.  I could not get a connection via TeamViewer.  I use this all the time in the UK on my UK mailbox ( different address )

    I have your icon, but no reception.

    I'm beginning to think hat the BBCiPlayer is not for me.  It's easier just to pay for the BritBox.
