How to set up a manual VPN connection on an Android device

To set manual VPN connection:

Open the menu and choose Settings

Select Wireless and Network or Wireless Controls, depending on your version of Android.

Select VPN settings > Add VPN > Add L2TP/IPsec PSK VPN

You should see the VPN information page. Fill out all the drop down options with the information below:

VPN Name: StreamVPN-UK (this can be anything you like)
Set VPN Server: vpn.my-expat-network.co.uk (please do not copy-paste server name - type it)
Set IPSec pre-shared key: poikilo

For another country service you need to set the VPN server address to be:
(please do not copy-paste server name - type it)

United States = vpn.my-expat-network.com

Canada = vpn.my-expat-network.ca

Australia = vpnau.my-expat-network.com

Germany = vpnde.my-expat-network.com

France = vpnfr.my-expat-network.com

Sweden = vpn.my-expat-network.se

Norway = vpn.my-expat-network.no

The Netherlands = vpnnl.my-expat-network.com

Spain = vpnes.my-expat-network.com

Italy = vpnit.my-expat-network.com

Denmark = vpndk.my-expat-network.com

Once you have entered all the required details, press the menu button and choose Save.

To connect:
Open the menu and choose Settings
Select Wireless and Network or Wireless Controls, depending on your version of Android
Select the VPN settings from the list

Enter your Username and Password making sure you use the correct capitalization

Select Remember username

Select Connect

To disconnect:
Open the menu and choose Settings
Select Wireless and Network or Wireless Controls, depending on your version of Android
Select the VPN settings from the list.
Select Disconnect from network

    I should have a Norwegian IP-adres,but nothing happens.
