I haven't received an email with instructions

Please note we no longer send an email link to direct you to our installation link.

When you clicked on the "Join Now" button (or button for specific package) you were taken to the subscription and installation page. From here you clicked on the Subscribe button , payed and should have retrieved the User ID and Password. Make a note of these credentials, return to the subscription and installation page and follow the install/set up instruction from here.

    i feel that  it takes 2 seconds for you to take my money and them i g¿fight for hours to get wha i paid for and still do not have it!

    Hi Claire, as our post says we no longer send out instructions.

    This is because we have updated our system to include the installation and setup instructions on our new login page.

    You can find the relevant info by clicking on the subscribe button for the service you require.

    An example login page for our UK PC/Mac service, with instructions for all operating systems is attached, so you can see

    what we mean.
